Job Description:

The need for companies to act socially responsible brings about an increasing demand for new strategies to meet these expectations. We offer a solution, one that includes employees to be engaged in the process of giving - it's Givetastic.

 

We are a young start-up that requires great talents like you! 

We are developing a self-service platform for companies to create a donation wallet and an engagement app for employee microgiving for small-medium and large companies. This allows companies to share their CSR(Corporate social responsibility) budget transparently with employees and empower them to tackle social and environmental challenges together.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Defining marketing strategies to reach the target customers

  • Defining KPIs for growth and scaling

  • Organising events and meetups to market Givetastic 

  • Writing 1-2 blogs per month on topics related to Givetastic on Medium or other sites

  • Posting at least one Social Media story per week on different channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)

  • Defining different social media campaigns from time to time to get more customers

  • Creating a monthly newsletter for Givetastic customers 

  • represent Givetastic at important conferences or events with potential customers

  • Take part in one weekly call (agile scrum)

  • Assisting in marketing research on important topics

 

You have following profile:

  • You are a full-time university student in Germany enrolled in your last semesters 

  • You are fluent in German and English

  • Great communication and presentation skills

  • You are flexible to travel  - (Note: not required in Covid-19 times)

  • You have an affinity to technology and have basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence

Additional skills:

  • Experience in agile software development 

  • Knowledge of some design tools like Photoshop or Sketch is of great value

  • You have some marketing experience with SEO, Paid Ads and Social Media Marketing
