Making Giving Easy: How do you do it?


We offer the user a tailored list of trusted NGOs and ways to help based on his interests so that he doesn’t have to waste time on the internet looking for the right organisations. We make it also flexible for him to help in different ways so that he can decide the most appropriate way to help for him. We want to be the “one giving” platform so that the user has all the charities and causes he/she cares about and ways to help in one place.




How can individuals help?


Donating money, material (subcategories tbd), time, skills-based time, microdonation (tbd), microhelp (tbd).




How do you plan on keeping the transactions transparent?


Each employee has their own wallet and they can choose which cause they want to donate to with the money from their wallet.




Can NGOs and projects not included in the app be added?


Yes, NGOs can contact us and we can add them to our database.




Does all the money donated via the App go directly to the NGOs?


Yes, all the money donated is given to the NGOs, we do not take a percentage of it.




Does the wallet (social, volunteering, challenge) of an employee expire?


Each employee gets the wallet money for a specific duration defined by their company. They can check the amount and the duration on the app.




Will the recommendations be trustworthy?


Yes, all the NGOs are currently from betterplace.org and are therefore verified thoroughly.




Can other companies see what initiatives my company supports?


It is private information for each company, so no one can see what project you support until you start publishing this information in you social media and other channels and make it public.




Can I see where my colleagues have donated to?


Yes, on the community tab found at the bottom of the drop-down menu you will see all your colleagues' single donations to different projects.




How could I cancel the transaction?


You would need to fill out the contact form on the website and send us a request to cancel your last transaction. We will then come back to you with more detailed information.




How can I create a wallet and wire money to a wallet?


Currently, the wallet budget comes from the employer only and so individuals cannot transfer money to a wallet, but in the future, we want to allow individuals to open wallets as well.




How does my company receive an analytics report?


The analytics report will be shared with a contact person for each company.




Does the wallet (social, volunteering, challenge) of an employee expire?


Each employee gets the wallet money for a specific duration defined by their company. They can check the amount and the duration on the app.




How does the product work?


The company divides a defined donation amount among the employees through our app. Each employee is then free to choose from a selection of projects to donate to via their individual digital wallet (donation balance).
